I've been reading the Book of Mormon over and over this year, pretty fast. I figured change my method (normally slow and very detailed), change my perspective. It's been a fantastic way to study for a while. I've seen the past and present collide in ways I'd never thought of before.

I like that quote! I want to get an old version of the BOM so I can try to read it like a story! and see what I get from it that way!
This is exactly the way I advocate reading the Book of Mormon (at least once). I ready it 6 x in one year years ago and the storyline flows so that the AUTHENTICITY of the people and circumstances can come out. This is how our production of Nephi was born!
